You have to try this corn cake recipe!

Since I was a child, a cake with corn has been one of my favorite recipes, because the Mexican CORN CAKE is simply brilliant!

Corn cake ingredients:

3 cans of corn (800 g) or 4-5 corn cobs

4 eggs

314 ml condensed milk

Can of sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp vanilla extract

150 g butter

1 cup rice flour (165 grams) - alternatively 1 cup wheat flour (200 grams)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon
