Ingredients for 4 servings of the best schnitzel:
- Approximately 700 g chicken meat
- 2 to 3 diced red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 100 g bread - whether toast or rolls doesn't matter
- 120 to 150 ml condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Handful of black olives
- 4 boiled eggs
- 6 Aji Amarillo chili peppers or the finished paste (bottom left)
- 30 g chopped pecans
- 35 g grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- A few pinches of nutmeg
- Rice and boiled potatoes as a side dish
- 1 large carrot
- Half a leek
- 3 celery sticks
