The best marinade for all types of meat, or rather the best barbecue marinade, is a true all-rounder from Latin America, or rather South America: Aliño! This marinade is perfect for pork, beef, chicken... basically all types of meat, and it's a very quick recipe.
Ingredients:
- Handful of coriander
- Handful of parsley
- 2 garlic bulbs
- 2 spring onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 celery stick
- 1 cup of water
- 6 g cumin (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp vinegar
