Ingredients for the cheese soup:

- 4 spring onions

- 20 g butter

- 250 g diced potatoes

- Handful of coriander

- 120 g pasta

- 300 ml milk

- 200 g feta cheese

- Salt

- Pepper

- Water

Ingredients for the annatto oil:

- 200 ml of high-temperature oil - you'll mostly want to use it for frying!

- 15 g annatto seeds
