600 g chicken breast
8 corn or flour tortillas
Green chili to taste (e.g. jalapeño)
60 g Poblano chili (half if you don't want it spicy: bottom left)
500 g tomatillos (order links below)
100 g cheese of your choice (e.g. double cream cheese)
150 g sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
8 g sesame seeds
2 bay leaves
handful of coriander
1 onion
1 red onion
Salt
pepper
