Ingredients for 4 servings of corn soup:
570 g corn kernels (or 4 corn cobs)
Half a liter of chicken broth
340 ml condensed milk
Half a finely diced onion
1 finely chopped garlic clove
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp wheat flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Feta cheese to taste
5 corn tortillas
Poblano chili strips to taste
