Ingredients for 9 Enfrijoladas
600g cooked chicken breast (or 400g cheese and half an onion)
2 cans of beans
1 white onion
200 ml whipped cream (optional)
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 chipotle chili
½ tsp epazote
Sour cream
9 corn flour tortillas
Red onion rings – for decoration
Feta to sprinkle on top
Salt
