Ingredients for the best summer salad:

- 500 grams of nopales (prickly pear leaves)

- 2-3 tomatoes

- 100 grams of shepherd's or feta cheese (optional)

- Half a red onion

- 1 avocado

- Handful of coriander

- Salt to taste

- Oregano to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tbsp vinegar (lime juice also works)
