4 flour tortillas
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp chili ancho powder
1 tsp chicken broth powder
250 g boiled potatoes
100 ml strained tomatoes
4 tsp butter
Grated cheese
Salt
Ingredients for 4 meat quesadillas
4 flour tortillas
tbsp clarified butter
250 g minced meat
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 or 2 jalapeños
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp tomato paste
4 tsp butter
Grated cheese
100 ml beef broth
